Problem

Hiring managers had to hand-pick qualifications from a large catalog with little guidance, making job postings slow to build and inconsistent in quality across roles.

Approach

Generated qualification recommendations from the job description and title, ranked by a clear relevance percentage so the strongest matches surface first.
Framed the AI output as a reviewable list — every row is selectable, so nothing is added to the posting without an explicit human decision.
Set expectations up front with a consent step and a persistent disclosure banner, and handled the loading state so the wait feels intentional.
